# 초기 세팅

## **대용량 파일 첨부 초기 설정**

설치 파일을 사용자에게 배포하기 전 아래 **기본 설정 값을 먼저 지정**해주세요!\
사용자가 설치 **파일을 설치한 이후에는 사용자 별 개별 설정이 필요**합니다.

* **관리자 페이지**에 접속합니다.
* 좌측 패널 메뉴에서 **대용량 첨부** **→** **기본 설정**을 클릭합니다.
* 아래와 같이 **기본 설정**에 있는 설정 값을 원하는  값으로 설정한 뒤 <mark style="color:blue;">**저장**</mark>을 **클릭**합니다.

## **라이선스 활성화 설정**

Business 및 Enterprise 플랜은 설치 파일 **설치와 동시에 라이선스가 부여**되도록 설정되어 있습니다. 설치와 동시에 라이선스가 부여되는 것을 막고자 하는 경우 <mark style="color:red;">**새 사용자 즉시 비활성화 기능**</mark>을 <mark style="color:blue;">**사용**</mark>으로 체크해주세요.

### 새 사용자 즉시 비활성화

* <mark style="color:blue;">**사용**</mark>: 설치 후 관리자가 직접 라이선스 부여 (비활성 사용자 관리에서 직접 활성화 필요)
* <mark style="color:blue;">**사용 안함**</mark>: 설치와 동시에 라이선스 부여

## **사용자에게 설치 파일 공유**

**토틀 Business 및 Enterprise 플랜**은 Free 및 Personal 라이선스와는 달리 별도의 서버를 구축해 사용하는 플랜으로 **별도의 설치파일 설치 후 사용이 가능**합니다.

### **Exe. 파일 배포하기**

* 라이선스 발급 완료 이메일 내 포함된 <mark style="color:blue;">**설치 파일 다운로드 링크**</mark> 준비하기
* 상기 **링크**를 사용자들에게 **공유(배포)**&#xD558;기
* 사용자가 링크로 프로그램 설치 완료

### 설치 완료한 사용자 확인하기

* 설치를 완료한 사용자는 좌측 패널 내 메뉴에서 **사용자**를 클릭합니다.
* **사용자 관리**를 클릭하면 프로그램 **설치를 완료한 사용자 목록을 확인**할 수 있습니다.
